Randy stated his aviation career with Boeing as a structures technician in 1989 and has since worked with multiple FAA 145 repair stations in production and quality . Prior to joining Alaris, he was the President and accountable manager of a leading FAA 145 composite shop in Seattle, where he grew the company from $3M to $15M in revenue over a period of 8 years. Randy holds a BA from Cornish School of the Arts and a Repairman certificate.
