We can manage any aspect of your Parts Pooling arrangements. Exchanges, Leases, Stocking, Shipping, Invoicing, and Reporting; we’re on it.

POWER BY THE HOUR
With these types of agreement, the costs of the maintenance on your parts is equally divided over the annual forecasted flight hours for your fleet, and which is also heavily influenced by your historical MTBR for the parts. Ask us to draft an agreement for you.

EXCHANGE
Exchanges allows you to get a spare back into operation much sooner than through conventional repair arrangements. An added benefit is that you’ll require a smaller inventory of spares. Alaris has extensive experience in this area and can seamlessly make the arrangements for you.

APPROVED SUPPLIERS
Do you want to cut down on the bureaucratic challenge of your long list of Approved Suppliers for repairs? Let Alaris manage your repairs and overhauls. Our Accredited Quality System requires us to have our own system of Approved Suppliers. If you have preferred MRO’s, we’ll take the steps to process them for our list.

DOCUMENTATION
Your parts will arrive with a neatly compiled package of documents for easy handling by your receiving inspectors. You can also rest assured that for up to seven years from the date of sale, our backup documents of record will remain available

When needed for those parts that rarely need repair, Alaris has invested in a suite of resources and subscriptions that allows us to locate repair services around the world 24/7. This capability also allows us to obtain quotes from several sources, thus assuring you get the best value. We take the hassle out of researching, locating, and inspecting orders

Careful management of Service Bulletins and/or Airworthiness Directives is critical to effective Configuration Management and in many cases, safety. Alaris gets this, and can work with your aircraft fleet managers to administer campaigns to update all your parts and spares
